Using NirvanaMC
By using NirvanaMC you agree to follow published server rules, staff directions made to protect the service and these terms. You need a legitimate Minecraft account and must follow Mojang and Microsoft terms applicable to your game account.
Your account
You are responsible for activity performed through accounts and sessions you control. Do not share one-time link codes or website sessions. Account linking must only be completed by the people controlling both accounts. Report suspected misuse promptly.
Community conduct
Do not cheat, evade enforcement, exploit defects, harm the service, impersonate others, harass players, publish private information or use the server for unlawful activity. Staff may restrict or remove access where reasonably needed to protect players, data or service integrity. Enforcement review is handled through official support channels.
Player content and shared worlds
You retain rights you have in original content you create. By placing builds, names or messages in the shared service, you permit NirvanaMC to store, display and process them to operate and document the server. Do not upload content you have no right to use. World resets, moderation or technical recovery can change or remove content.
Virtual balances and items
NirvanaBucks, NirvanaCoins, ranks, perks, cosmetics, crates and other virtual items are limited licences for use inside NirvanaMC. They have no cash value, are not bank deposits, cannot be exchanged for money and may not be sold or transferred outside supported in-game features. Catalog availability and balancing can change where reasonably required.
Purchases
Prices and contents are shown before Stripe Checkout. Enter the correct Minecraft name. Delivery occurs only after Stripe confirms payment to the server. A success page alone is not proof of delivery. Keep the receipt until the purchase appears in game.
Refunds and payment problems
Successfully delivered digital currency is normally non-refundable after delivery, except where required by law. Contact support for duplicate charges, unauthorised payments, failed delivery or an incorrect amount. Do not initiate a false dispute. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
Donations and donor benefits
Where donor status is offered, the page or in-game catalog identifies the current benefits. Donor status does not purchase staff authority, immunity from rules or ownership of the server. Benefits may be adjusted to maintain fairness, compatibility or legal compliance.
Availability and changes
NirvanaMC is provided on a best-efforts basis. Maintenance, faults, security incidents, platform updates or third-party outages can interrupt access. Features in development documents or roadmaps are not promises of delivery. Live commands and the current catalog determine what is available.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NirvanaMC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from downtime, lost progress or third-party services. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected. Players should not use the service to store irreplaceable information.
Ending access
You may stop using the service at any time. NirvanaMC may suspend or end access for rule violations, security risk, legal requirements or service closure. Data handling after access ends follows the privacy notice and applicable obligations.

Questions, payment support and formal notices should be sent privately through the official NirvanaMC Discord. Changes will be dated on this page and material changes may be announced in server news.
