Who is responsible
NirvanaMC is operated by the NirvanaMC/KGSites server team. Privacy questions and requests can be sent privately through the official NirvanaMC Discord. Do not post private information in a public channel.
Information we process
- Minecraft identity: your private account identifier, current and previous operational names, rank, first seen and last seen times.
- Gameplay records: sessions, balances, purchases, claims, homes, settings, progression, statistics, parties, feedback and feature state.
- Safety records: enforcement history and keyed network-address fingerprints used to detect evasion. Raw addresses are not exposed in public data.
- Linked services: Discord ID and name only after a two-sided confirmation. Public player pages do not show the link.
- Website accounts: protected one-time codes, protected sign-in records and sign-in times. The website does not store a player password.
- Payments: server order references, product, amount, currency, delivery status and Stripe identifiers needed for fulfilment and audit. Card details stay with Stripe.
Why we use it
Data is used to provide the server, save player progress, fulfil requested transactions, prevent abuse, investigate reports, support linked notifications and maintain reliable operations. Where applicable, processing is based on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the community, legal obligations and consent for optional account links.
Public information
The player directory publishes Minecraft name, rank and selected gameplay statistics. It does not publish private account identifiers, account links, network data, moderation records, balances, payment information or private settings. A player can ask staff to review a public-profile concern.
Cookies and analytics
NirvanaMC does not use advertising or analytics cookies on this
site. Signing in creates one strictly necessary
nirvana_session cookie. It is sent only through a secure
connection, cannot be read by page scripts and expires after 30 days
unless the player signs out earlier.
Retention
Website login codes expire after ten minutes. Website sessions expire after 30 days. Payment records and safety records are retained only for their operational, accounting, dispute and security purposes under server retention settings. Core gameplay history may remain while the account is active or where necessary to preserve shared-world ownership, transactions and server integrity. Expired records are cleaned on scheduled jobs where supported.
Service providers
Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms. Discord processes data when a player joins or links an account. The public skin image shown for Minecraft names is requested from mc-heads.net. Our hosting providers process data only to operate NirvanaMC.
Security
Private server records are not open to the public. Website account codes work once and expire quickly, and sign-in records are stored in a protected form. Access is limited by role, and secret values are kept out of the public code. No internet service can promise absolute security, so players should report suspected account misuse promptly.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive certain data, or complain to a regulator. Some records may need to remain for fraud prevention, legal obligations, disputes or the integrity of shared transactions. Contact staff privately with your Minecraft name and enough information to verify account control.
Children
Minecraft communities can include younger players. Do not submit unnecessary personal information. A parent or guardian may contact the team about a child’s data or purchase. Purchases should only be made by someone legally able to approve them.
Changes
Material changes will be dated here and may also be announced in server news or Discord. The current version is always published at this address.
