A busy release is easier when everyone knows which information matters. Keep the server address and official Discord close, and use the public status shown on the homepage rather than repeatedly reconnecting during maintenance.
Before joining
Use play.nirvanamc.com and make sure your Minecraft account is the one you intend to keep. Bedrock and Java linking is a separate permanent process and should only be confirmed by the account owner.
During maintenance
You may be held in the waiting area while the main server starts or recovers. A maintenance message is safer than sending players into a server that is not ready.
Account safety
Discord and website links use different short-lived codes. Never share either one. The website uses a protected sign-in cookie and no password. Sign out on a shared device.
Purchases
Card details are handled by Stripe. The server credits NirvanaCoins only after a verified payment event, not because a browser reached a success page. Keep your receipt if delivery needs investigation.
Useful bug reports
Include your player name, the command or action, the world or activity, the approximate time and what you expected. For movement issues, say whether it happened in normal survival, PvP, parkour, a lounge or a vault.
